Bond drank cocktails but Harry Palmer, as if by design, didn’t. Not even when he’s in a cocktail bar with Johnny Vulkan. I need to find out what LD felt about cocktails.
The Bernie Samson novels, and the background story Winter, are beautifully read by James Lailey on Audible. My preferred driving or medlar cauldron companion any day of the week.
